James Williams
Founder and Managing Partner

James’s passion for NOAH preservation emanates from witnessing firsthand how his childhood Harlem New York neighborhood became too expensive for working class African American and Latino families.  James founded Street Corner Ventures to preserve NOAH and enable working class residents to remain a reasonable commuting distance from workforce centers.

James has a BA from the University of Maryland at College Park, a law degree from the Washington College of Law at American University, and a LL.M from Georgetown University Law Center
