James has over 20 years of multifamily acquisition and asset management experience and has a true passion for NOAH preservation.
James’s passion for NOAH preservation emanates from witnessing firsthand how his childhood Harlem New York neighborhood became too expensive for working class African American and Latino families. James founded Street Corner Ventures to preserve NOAH and enable working class residents to remain a reasonable commuting distance from workforce centers.
